Job Description

Provide excellent customer service to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and services, answering questions about their reservations and responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.

  • Answer calls, emails and live chat messages from clients.
  • Contact and progress every lead to maximize sales opportunities through multiple contact methods, including phone, email and live chat
  • Consult customers to understand their needs and empower them to make a purchasing decision
  • Build strong customer rapport through a high quality of written/oral communications and by demonstrating excellent product knowledge
  • Manage knowledge about the booking process and all service options available for students
  • Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM system and other business systems
  • Build strong relationships with team members, and provide flexible and prompt support at all times

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelors’ degree.
  • Fluency in traditional Arabic language (Fus’ha) speaking and pronouncing.
  • Advanced level in Arabic writing, spelling and grammar skills.
  • Native/Fluent English Speakers is a must, preferably provide a certificate level 6 in IELTs or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in customer care services.
  • High internet connection i.e. Fiber Internet, Cable Internet, etc.
  • A personal computer or Laptop.
  • Good quality HD camera to ensure quality of visual meetings.
  • Good quality microphone and headphone, to ensure quality of audio conversations.
  • A private, well-furnished office room with proper lighting and background.
  • Good appearance and adherence to Islamic dress codes.
  • Well-spoken manners and charisma.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work with a team.
