Job Description
- Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making for the mivida and O2 mivida brands.
- Develop, monitor, and report on key financial metrics related to e-commerce sales, with a focus on Amazon US performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve revenue growth and margin expansion.
- Support pricing strategies and promotional planning by evaluating financial impacts and ROI.
- Assist with inventory management analysis to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize holding costs.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon Seller Central, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
