Job Description

  • We are currently hiring additional members to our business development team. 
  • The core focus is to display the added value of the service of our client to excel the business of the prospects.
  • This particular service is of high value in the era of technology we live in and provides a stable future over the standard brick and mortar sales and marketing visibility that is commonly used.
  • Our client is based in Germany and has a very enthusiastic customer base. They enjoy the growth of their business because of the given service and are able to have great return on investment on the purchase of the product.
  • The CSR will be responsible for the data verification and provides insight into suitability for our clients service.
  • During the discovery calls the suitability is confirmed on which the data is updated in the CRM.

  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets agreed milestones
  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Track, document and retrieve information in CRM
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff
  • The position will be part of the Business Development team. Upon completion of 6 months of duty the core focus of Flowtechtics is to provide the career growth and promotion of the driven and delivering representatives.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Fluent or native control of the German Language (C1/C2)
  • Commercial experienced in displaying the added value of a product or service in Deutsch
  • Able to express the call summary in a logic and argument document to the clients
  • Experienced with CRM systems to add and update customer data
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
  • Ability and willingness to provide pre-sales support.
  • Excellent communicator both within the teams and towards the clients
  • Working immediately and living in Alexandria or easy to relocate in Alexandria
