Job Description
- Meet the minimum expectation of 400 outbound phone calls using automated technology.
- 2 successful transfers per hour is required
- Contact recent hotel guests and conduct 2-3 minute surveys about their recent stay.
- Upon completing the survey, successfully transfer the client to the USA call center.
- Report to your supervisor or manager in case of significant problems with clients.
- Follow company rules and regulations in dealing with clients and/or co-workers

- Location: Orouba st., Heliopolis.
- ⏰Shifts: 9 working hours fixed including one for break and 2 days off.
- 1st shift start 4 PM and end by 1 AM, last shift start by 7 PM and ends by 4 AM
- Transportation provided for girls only door to door.
- Social insurance coverage.
