Job Description
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluating selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
- Responsible for onboarding process for the new employee including an orientation.
- Handle employee entry and resignation procedures and Handle Employees Files.
- Handle Monthly Attendance.
- Prepare the Monthly Payroll report, Overtime for employees.
- Prepare a Social Insurance report.
- Support in updating organizational charts and headcount reports.
- Updating and setting company internal policies & procedures with the HR team.
- Setting KPIs for employees, and departmental & individual objectives.
- Design, organize, and deliver training programs that meet the required needs.
- Assist in the performance management process.
- Handles the performance appraisal process.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1 to 3 years in relevant to the same field
- HR Certificate or Diploma is a plus
- Very Good in English
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint-Visio)
- Excellent numerical abilities, Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
