Job Description

  • Handle the entire recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluating selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
  • Responsible for onboarding process for the new employee including an orientation.
  • Handle employee entry and resignation procedures and Handle Employees Files.
  • Handle Monthly Attendance.
  • Prepare the Monthly Payroll report, Overtime for employees.
  • Prepare a Social Insurance report.
  • Support in updating organizational charts and headcount reports.
  • Updating and setting company internal policies & procedures with the HR team.
  • Setting KPIs for employees, and departmental & individual objectives.
  • Design, organize, and deliver training programs that meet the required needs.
  • Assist in the performance management process.
  • Handles the performance appraisal process.

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 1 to 3 years in relevant to the same field
  • HR Certificate or Diploma is a plus
  • Very Good in English
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint-Visio)
  • Excellent numerical abilities, Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
