Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused “Customer Service agent” to join our team. 

The selected candidate shall support and act as a first point of contact for customers regarding their inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review claims and supporting documents.
  • Assist in processing claims according to company policies and guidelines.
  • Contact customers to collect missing information and provide claims status updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or system portals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims.
  • Support the claims team with daily operational tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0–2 years of experience in claims, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
