Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused “Customer Service agent” to join our team.
The selected candidate shall support and act as a first point of contact for customers regarding their inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and review claims and supporting documents.
- Assist in processing claims according to company policies and guidelines.
- Contact customers to collect missing information and provide claims status updates.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or system portals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims.
- Support the claims team with daily operational tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in claims, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
