Job Description
- A real state company specializing in residential, commercial, and administrative projects is seeking to hire a Architecture Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in executing both interior and exterior finishing works.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Full supervision of all finishing stages (plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, ceilings, etc.).
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Ensuring compliance with project timelines and budget.
- Reviewing shop drawings and ensuring high-quality implementation on-site.
- Preparing technical and periodic reports for management.
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met on-site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works.
- Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Lives in or near AlShorouk City.
- Having a car.
