Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods and protocols in accordance with regulatory and industry guidelines.
Prepare, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment to guarantee accuracy and reliability of test results.
Document and report analytical findings, deviations, and non-conformances in a clear and timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and company policies within the laboratory environment.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing technical support and documentation as required.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior laboratory staff and new team members.
Monitor and manage laboratory inventory, including chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
Stay updated on advancements in analytical chemistry, quality assurance methodologies, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a quality control or analytical chemistry role within a laboratory setting.
Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and titration methods.
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, laboratory best practices, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GMP, GLP).
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and report complex data with high attention to detail.
Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot analytical and instrumentation issues.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
