Job Description
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's human resources efficiently including their benefits and compensations, their career development plans, and the staff annual appraisals.
- The candidate will also be responsible for measuring the employees’ satisfaction, and advising the management on the strategies to maintain (and increase) the employees’ satisfaction.
- Specialist in OD and Performance Management
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- HR Diploma / Certificate is Must
- preferably experienced in Real estate field
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian labor law
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
- very good command of English Language.
- Solid experience with ERP systems.
Working Conditions:-
- Work Location: Benha
Benha residents and nearby places are preferred - Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm.
- Days off: Friday
