Job Description

  1. Screen suitable candidate profiles and establish data base using various recruitment channels (Careers website ,Job portals, Social Media, Head hunt and Referrals)
  2. Handle end to end recruitment process for vacancies. 
  3. Communicate with candidates to explain full recruitment process via phone, emails and messages.
  4. Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews according to the skills and competencies required
  5. Coordinate with hiring Managers and top management for interview results and candidate selection. 
  6. Prepare job offers and target letters in coordination with hiring Managers and negotiate job offers with Selected candidates
  7. Follow up candidate’s preparation and signature of hiring documents and prepare employee contracts 
  8. Onboarding new hires” attendance finger print,  orientation tour , welcome emails and new employee announcement emails”
  9. Conduct Exit Interviews
  10. Prepare and update job descriptions and job advertisements
  11. Issue and update recruitment reports and tracking sheet
  12. Conduct orientation training to new hires
  13. Correct orientation quizzes and communicate results direct Managers
  14. Prepare and update Interact Policies and Procedures
  15. Update blue collars missions request, annual leaves and excuses on Hits Application
  16. Update and renew employee contracts
  17. Prepare attendance report 
  18.  Perform other tasks requested by the HR Manager

Job Requirements

  1. 5 years of experience in IT Field .
  2. Bachelor degree 
  3. Strong communication skills
  4. Familiar with various recruitment and HR system
  5. Strong negotiation skills. 
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  7. Organized, Punctuate and strong follow up skills
