Job Description
- Seeks business opportunities matching with Aman strategy also, responsible for service enhancements
- Acts as the point of contact between Aman and billers, operators, and customers
- Builds and maintains strong partner relationships through networking and building multiple touch points ensuring partner satisfaction
- Ensures the timely and successful launching of different e-payment and e-collection services, according to customer needs and objectives
- Creates, submits and follows up on the implementation of Technical requests with the technical department
- Study market pricing considering: competitors, end users, merchants, billers, compared to budget then seeking finance department approval
- Performs internal and external UATs
- Forecasts accurately ordering to manage cash and having enough stock
- Communicates work progress of monthly/quarterly clearly to management
- Tracks accounts progress, and reporting it back to customers
Job Requirements
- Very good skills of Commercial and Sales techniques
- Very good knowledge of Marketing principals
- Good understanding of E-payment operations and business cycle
- Good knowledge of Aman’s marketplace and of the competitors
- Very good understanding of Aman’s existing systems
- 2-4 years in the Business Development, Sales or Marketing
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferable
