Procurement Manager (Manufacturers )

We are recruit for a leader manufacturers company for metals located Work 10 th of Ramadan city, Egypt

Position: Procurement Manager

Reporting to: Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• The candidate should have a sourcing from manufacturing background and strong negotiation and leadership skills to effectively lead the procurement team.
• He should be able to conduct price index reports to track market changes.

Work location: 10dth of Ramadan city, Egypt

Working hours: 6 days per week / 8 hours

Job Description

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Managing daily purchasing activities.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
