Job Description
- Calculate precisely the cost for each project
- Collect timesheets from each department
- Collect all items used in each project from the store
- Collect all purchases for each project from the procurement department
- Collect data from sites such as manpower and tools
- Reflect all collected data in the project cost calculation
- Set a yearly budget for all department
- Trend analysis for yearly budgets
- Issue monthly reports for each project budget
- Issue quarterly reports for each department budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience working in cost control
- Management experience is strongly preferred
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
