Job Description
- Coordinate between drawing, Projects procurement, preparing technical and material submittals.
- Follow-up with contractors during project tendering stage and after assignment
- Coordinate between the contractor engineering teams and the company installation team ensuring that the requirements are fulfilled as per the contract and execution schedule.
- Projects quarterly/monthly report
- Preparing project quotations and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Recording and maintaining projects data
- Look after marketing tools/materials and support projects team with availability and information
- Analyze and recommend changes to contracts and prepare necessary amendments in contract document
- Preparing Timetable for The project
Job Requirements

- Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office , Primavera
- Experience from 3:5 years as a technical office engineer.
- Bachelor degree in architecture Engineering
