Job Description

• Monitor, support and implement all financial applications according to business requirements and maintain project to enhance all productivity of applications.
Key Accountabilities:
• Coordinate various departments to implement, develop and upgrade various Oracle financial modules, and develop effective strategies to enhance it.
• Prepare estimate of all projects, ensure effective working of all implementation activity and make all functional documents as prepared by Oracle implementation team and ensure compliance to all  standards for deliverable documents.
• Analyze various business scenarios and monitor all project slippages and redesign various new processes for all Oracle applications and customize same to ensure compliance to all business processes.
• Coordinate with application architect, develop all project milestones, ensure compliance to same, monitor all projects and implement all applications according to standard processes.
• Develop new reports in his track according to its position, support, troubleshooting of the existing developed applications reports.
• Assist ERP team members in his oracle application modules and provide required training to staff and customize processes as per client requirement according to business organization rules.
• Monitor and resolve all application issues and escalate issues to management if required.
• Administer all technical assistance requests and implement plans and perform quality assurance tests.
• Perform all functional acceptance tests and provide upgrades as per requirement and perform troubleshooting to all processes.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, commerce, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Implementations, with experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, supporting and providing integrated solutions in various industries.
• Willing to be part of Core Internal Oracle ERP Team on Permanent Basis to implement & support Super users & End Users.
• Should have at least 1 full cycle implementation projects with Oracle. Extensive experience in Oracle Financial modules including Project Financials and E-Tax implementations.
• Expert in Implementation, Enhancement & Support activities within Oracle EBS Environment.
• Should have a very good functional financial experience that let him can cover various financial treatments consultation.
