Job Description
Our company is looking for a well-experienced e-commerce executive:
- Will manage all e-commerce sales and order inquiries.
- Prepare online marketing campaign and develop & preserve strong rapport with online marketplace.
- Matches programs, leads and prospect data to customer requirements for real-time conversational connections that will bring the customers value and grow sales.
- Research and obtain data from competitor business organizations across the region, with the goal of increasing the number of email subscribers/customers.
- Assist with the analysis of the existing database by helping segment the current email subscribers.
- Create google ads to generate leads to the transactional website. Perform abandoned cart marketing by sending weekly emails to potential customers that quote via our Rate Lookup tool but don’t proceed with booking our services.
- Provide quotes when customers request via email and follow up on their queries.
- Collaborates with marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, category, and channel management teams to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to handle both platforms of WordPress.
- Vast Experience in target basis online sales, administration, or operations.
- Sales contact/lead management database experience
- Must have knowledge of retentions, merging vendor management.
- The candidate should have a proven track record in the field of eCommerce sales.
- Uses advanced knowledge of pipeline and opportunity management from CRM and other sales development and reporting tools.
- Understands the roles of the Sales and Customer Service organizations and how the Inside team integrates with other business units.
- Candidate is preferred to have a strong background in the medical or dental field.
