  •  We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong technical background in instrumentation and industrial measurement. The ideal candidate will have proven sales expertise to drive business growth and manage key accounts.

Role Description:

  • Manage direct sales of industrial instrumentation for group of industries and key accounts.
  • Meet and over-achieve his/her KPIs and sales targets.
  • Utilize his previous business relations to acquire new customers.
  • Market analysis about upcoming projects and important opportunities.
  • Continuously conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site surveys.
  • Support technical sales while analyzing customer requirements and/or tender specs.
  • Manage proposal development done by technical sales engineer(s).
  • Negotiate commercial and delivery terms.
  • Weekly & monthly reporting about activities and achievements.
  • Utilize company CRM and Sales Automation system.
  • Supervise order handling done by technical team and ensure successful delivery.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Min. 8 years of experience in industrial instrumentation (flow, level, pressure,…) including at least 5 years in sales.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Very strong experience in industrial measurement technologies: flow, level, pressure, temperature, liquid analysis, and gas analysis.
  • Knowledge about industrial communication, control, PLC, and Scada.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • Very good in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
