Responsibilities:
- Order dispatching and segregation
- Follow up with drivers and shoppers through the order lifecycle
- Follow up orders of all level (Waiting for shopping, shopping, start checkout,….etc.).
- Follow up orders General problems (technical, financial….etc.)
- Follow up on payment problems (credit line)
- Communicate with the agent through ( liveperson,Telegram,…etc.) channels
- Dynamic transfer of supply to meet business needs
- Redirect issues to related departments
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of Experience in customer service and call center
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Good MS Office Skills
- Time Management
- Communication skills
- Stress Management skills
- Patience, good listening
- Constant ability to learn
