Job Description
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned sector or territory.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through customer visits, site inspections, presentations, and technical consultations.
- Identify and qualify new leads, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
- Conduct detailed opportunity analysis, maintain an up-to-date funnel, and communicate growth plans and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Promote and sell Elsewedy Electromechanical's full portfolio of products and solutions to new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for quotations, ensuring timely and accurate proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business sectors and diversification strategies.
- Deliver professional presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to clients and partners.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and activity updates for internal review.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, building long-term relationships, and supporting post-sales engagements.
- Create added value for clients through strategic sales techniques, aligning solutions with business outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in UPS, ATS, AVR, or Generator product lines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and identify market opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems is a plus.
