Job Description

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to arrange transportation and manage shipments.
Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as required.
Track shipments, update stakeholders on delivery status, and resolve any logistical issues.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to oversee loading, unloading, and storage of goods.

Support the implementation of new logistics technologies and best practices.

Job Requirements

a bachelor's degree in a related field like logistics or supply chain management, 2-3 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in logistics software. Key responsibilities involve coordinating shipments, managing supply chains, and resolving issues, requiring skills in time management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
