Job Description
- Evaluation and technical follow-up of production lines
- Follow up on production and quality problems, develop an action plan to solve problems, and follow up on its implementation with the factory manager
- Develop a preventive maintenance plan and follow up its implementation with the maintenance technician
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as maintenance manager in Wafers industry
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
