Mechanical Inspection Engineer

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Performing inspection tasks and following up the implementation of safety procedures.
• Performing routine preventive and predictive maintenance tasks during the scheduled stoppages.
• Preparing and fulfilling the general inspection check list (during running) including oil and
  lubricant analysis and do inspection based on visual inspection and overview of the site
  equipment's.
• Applying the mechanical first level inspection during equipment's running and stoppages.
• Performing essential inspection (sight, hearing, touching, and smelling).
• Preparing and registering the work order on SAP system by priority and time needed to solve it.
• Applying the mechanical Specific inspection during equipment running or stoppages and
  performing quantitative inspection with measuring tools.
• Preparing and registering the work order on SAP system by priority and time needed to solve it.
• Preparing a report with all troubleshoots during inspection stoppage including priority and time
  needed to solve it.
• Preparing and keeping a historical report for all equipment's troubleshoot.
• Initiating and preparing weekly, monthly, and annually maintenance plan.
• Preparing overhauling activities such as defining maintenance activities, defining spare parts
  needs, and arranging kiln stoppage activities in cooperation with planning Sector according to
  priority.
• Monitoring and analyzing daily troubleshoots submitted by concerned parties.
• Preparing and registering the PMO (Preventive Maintenance Order) on SAP system according to
  troubleshoots priority, time needed to solve it, and needed spare parts, as well as prepare the
  work order on SAP system.
• Plan and organize work for daily, weekly activities.
• Shutdown planning, spares & scheduling preparations.
• Audits preparations for MIP & POM.
