Job Description
Working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays for 2 hours between 10 am to 12 pm.

Position Summary:
- Responsible for all support and sales activities.
- Answering all incoming support requests & sales leads conversations on all comm channels.
- Providing strategies to penetrate different markets in the Arabic region.
- Supporting pre-sales activities by giving detailed information about various products and the ways in which they could meet a customer's needs.
- Customer care, which follows the sale, may include solving issues, as well as exploring the possibility of further sales.
- Communication with all mentors to organize the monthly schedule for webinars and mentoring sessions.
- Operational and organizational support.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business with current and potential clients by generating leads and interest through cold-calls and networking.
- Learn customers' diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Promotes and accelerate sales for services and products.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing efforts. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Coordinate with staff across departments to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Manage tasks to organize and prioritize daily and weekly sales goals.
Job Requirements
- C1 English level.
- Proficiency in writing in Modern Standard Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree
- A high level of digital proficiency & communication.
- Must be a highly process-driven salesperson.
- Ability to manage and forecast deals in CRM.
- Able to work under own initiative as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive communication approach.
- Adaptive mindset, someone who is not afraid to do things differently.
