Job Description
- Oversee and manage all personnel administration activities for Al Salam University, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
- Supervise the maintenance and accuracy of employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new hires.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll preparation in collaboration with the HR and finance departments.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures in line with university and group standards.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and workplace policies.
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to department heads on HR best practices.
- Ensure timely submission of reports related to personnel activities and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee engagement and development.
- Promote a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and fostering open communication.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 year of experience in personnel administration or human resources management.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
