Job Description

  • Recording and maintaining the attendance and leaves of the company’s employees
  • Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees' commitment regarding the policies.
  • Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.
  • Finalize all governmental related forms (Form 1, Form 2, and Form 6) and work permits.
  • Handel all the contracts process from issuance till renewal.
  • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up on the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
  • Assist in creating grading system & salary structure
  • Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay-slips.
  • Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including editing the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions, or compensation. 

Job Requirements

  • BSc of Accounting, Business Administration, 
  • Relevant experience in personnel and payroll management
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social insurance laws
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • ERP systems User
  • Living near to New Cairo is essential 
  • Good Knowledge of social insurance & taxes
