Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing, assessing, and preparing various Project Delivery Schedules. This shall include but not be limited to review of Contractor’s Project Schedule submissions; baseline & monthly schedule updates,
- Responsible for preparing monthly progress Reports for several projects. .
- Participate in Monthly progress meetings with different clients and contractors for different projects, including planning meetings with Contractors of different work groups, Progress meetings, etc.
- Assist in reviewing and assessing Contractor’s claims of delay in project delivery due various reasons during the life of the project..
- Provide Critical Path analysis in the delivery of Projects
- Developing fully baselined, resource loaded, and labour costed project schedules
- Developing schedule containing all agreed activities, deliverables milestones and client deliverables based on the work breakdown structure (WBS)
- Providing risk, issue, cost, resource, and delay analysis
- Proved EV and KPI reports internally
Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10 years in project planning on major civils projects preferably in rail/transport mobility projects
- Strong technical knowledge of Primavera P6
- Strong knowledge of earned value management, milestones and KPI reporting
- Rail or related project experience
- PMP is a plus
