Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to delivering materials.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, price, and terms.
Request and compare quotations and prepare purchase orders.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and supplier payments.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
Ensure all purchases meet the company’s quality and business requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill their purchasing needs.
Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Good knowledge of procurement processes and market sourcing.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Good command of English and MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
