Job Description
- Prepares requests for proposals for distribution to vendors.
- Develops a set of standard contracts for the company.
- Maintains a follow-up database for the company’s contract management system.
- Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.
- Prepares reports on the status of contracts for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Holder.
- 3 to 5 years experience in the same role preferably in the cement or steel industries.
- Excellent communication skills and good phone presence.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Excellent user of Microsoft office.
- SAP knowledge is preferable.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
