Job Description

A Leading Egyptian company is hiring a Recruitment and OD Section Head  in its factory at 10th of Ramadan City.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Handle the Recruitment processes from sourcing till onboarding. 
  • Deal with different collars [white-grey-blue] 
  • Making periodic analysis for recruitment activities, turnover ratio and other related.
  • Update recruitment data tracks and headcount and keep it furnished.

Organizational Development:

  • Update Organization Charts and job descriptions as per needed.
  • Consult with management and other leadership to identify appropriate different OD programs to support business goals.
  • Oversee the annual performance appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the HR Manager to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
  • Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
  • Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
  • Create effective strategic planning methods.
  • Recommend training and development programs.
  • Formulate & develop policies and procedures to support the business strategy and practice.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-10 years of previous experience in Human Resources functions (Recruitment and Organization Development) in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience within manufacturing or industrial environment is as must (working in a factory.)
  • Proven experience in retail & manufacturing blue collar recruitment.
  • Males only can apply.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.)
  • General knowledge of labor and insurance laws .
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage different tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a wide variety of personalities.
