Job Description
- Responsible for formulating and revising the contract management system;
- Establish and optimize various contract approval procedures;
- Drafting and reviewing company contracts and consulting on other legal affairs;
- Provide daily legal advice to various departments of the company, provide legal opinions and suggestions for important matters of the company, and handle legal affairs;
- Responsible for handling difficult and complicated cases or incidents and establishing a good communication mechanism with external lawyers;
- Participate in the company's major incidents and crisis handling activities, and assist relevant functional departments in handling;
- Handling of various contracts, accidents, disputes and disputes;
- Able to complete the entire process of prosecution and response;
- Establish litigation management system and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in law
- 5-8 years of legal related work experience, with large-scale corporate legal experience preferred.
