Job Description
Lead the development and execution of long-term brand strategies and annual marketing plans.
Own the overall brand strategy, positioning, portfolio development, and business growth.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, category performance, and competitors to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Lead integrated ATL, BTL, digital, and consumer activation campaigns from strategy through execution.
Develop strategies to drive market share, sales growth, brand equity, and profitability.
Manage and optimize the brand’s marketing budget and investment priorities.
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
Lead new product launches, product renovations, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
Track and evaluate brand performance through key business and marketing KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
Prepare and present strategic brand reviews, business plans, and performance updates to senior management.
Coach and guide junior Brand Management team members and support their professional development.
Job Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing.
Must have previous experience in the Snacks / Savory Snacks industry.
Strong experience in FMCG Brand Management.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and category dynamics.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
