Job Description
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Track incoming and outgoing money for the company
- Develop, forecast and check budgets
- Prepare and check all the daily financial activities for each branch
- Conduct financial investigations, prepare reports and undertake audits
- Pay monthly payroll
- Executing and tracking all monthly expenses.
- Track, evaluate and develop cash flow.
- Advise on business matters such as buying and selling of businesses, mergers, capital financing, suspected fraud, insolvency and taxation
- Appraise cash flow and financial risk of capital investment projects
- Ensure information in financial reports is accurate
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
