Job Description

  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Track incoming and outgoing money for the company
  • Develop, forecast and check budgets
  • Prepare and check all the daily financial activities for each branch
  • Conduct financial investigations, prepare reports and undertake audits
  • Pay monthly payroll
  • Executing and tracking all monthly expenses.
  • Track, evaluate and develop cash flow.
  • Advise on business matters such as buying and selling of businesses, mergers, capital financing, suspected fraud, insolvency and taxation
  • Appraise cash flow and financial risk of capital investment projects
  • Ensure information in financial reports is accurate
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an Accountant
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
