Job Description (JD):
- Work closely with the architectural team in the technical office, ensuring all designs are implemented correctly and efficiently
- Review and update architectural drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements and specifications
- Implement and review engineering designs in the technical office, including detailed shop drawings for construction
- Provide technical support and solutions to resolve any design or construction issues
- Coordinate with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP designs
- Assist in the preparation of executive drawings for construction, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
- Monitor progress and quality of design work, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of architectural and structural design principles
- Proficiency in creating and reviewing shop drawings and construction documents
- Extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, particularly with Revit
- Ability to effectively coordinate with various teams and stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors)
- In-depth understanding of construction standards, codes, and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering teamwork across diverse project teams
