Sales Advisor

Calluna is a manufacturer and distributor of chemical detergents (Business to Business)

It gives full hygiene solutions for businesses like (Catering, facility management, Restaurants, Hospitals...etc)

Responsibilities :

•  Initiate interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.
•  Analyze requests and answer queries.
•  Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
•  Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
•  Prepare, Review and Coordinate quotations and Presentations for internal corporate and external organizations.
•  Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
•  Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and retention.
•  Resolve Client Issues in an accurate and timely manner.
•  Meet sales targets through quality, troubleshooting client concerns; and supporting documentation.
