Job Description
Calluna is a manufacturer and distributor of chemical detergents (Business to Business)
It gives full hygiene solutions for businesses like (Catering, facility management, Restaurants, Hospitals...etc)
Responsibilities :
- Initiate interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.
- Analyze requests and answer queries.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Prepare, Review and Coordinate quotations and Presentations for internal corporate and external organizations.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve Client Issues in an accurate and timely manner.
- Meet sales targets through quality, troubleshooting client concerns; and supporting documentation.
- ● Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
- ● Responsible for creating and implementing effective business plans.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements :
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in the area of Chemical detergents, FMCG or relevant field.
- Preferred study: Chemical Engineering - Bachelor of Science or equivalent
- Good Command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Prioritizing, time management, communication skills, and Negotiation skills
- Reporting to the Sales manager
