Job Description

  • Handling and ensuring filing systems are maintained and up to date.
  • Internal Supervision
  • Following up all administrative tasks Office Needs and Office Tasks
  • Responsible for assisting the quality Manager in the daily operations.
  • Drafting letters and other documents.
  • Photocopying and printing documents.
  • Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, ppt.
  • Coordination
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Arranging appointments.
  • Taking messages.
  • Receiving clients.
  • Organizing meetings. (producing agendas and taking minutes).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Good command of English language.
  • Very Good Communication skills.
