Job Description
Datamatic/Zolo, a promising B2C fintech startup led by two french co-founders, is considering expanding to Egypt and is hiring a part time Marketing / Sales project consultant on a two-month project (August and September 2021).
The challenge :
(i) Design and implement small-scale marketing tests on a few channels (Facebook, other social networks, other possible channels such as SEM) to assess the Egyptian demand for our product and identify valuable segments ;
(ii) Conduct interviews with prospective customers to better understand their needs so that we can adapt our product ;
(iii) Based on (i) and (ii), make operational recommendations to the co-founders on how to create an efficient customer service team and process in the Egyptian context ;
Job Requirements
- Language : native Egyptian arabic speaker to deal with customers, and fluent English
- Marketing : ability to launch marketing campaign tests on several channels
- Experience : some experience in marketing and/or customer service in a B2C context is a plus ;
- Character : interest in startups and innovation, strong work ethic and commitment ;
- Diploma : a degree in marketing or related matters is a plus.
100% remote work and flexible schedule (part-time in parallel of other activities is possible), as long as work is done (regular interaction with co-founders, with a daily zoom meeting)
