Job Brief :
We are looking for a talented and competitive Telesales/Inside Sales Representative that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment.
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Following up on renewals due as per assigned list of accounts
- Following up on collections of invoices outstanding
- Following up on renewal accounts and collections
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Proven Telesales/Inside sales experience
- SAS Knowledge preferred
- Technical experience is a must.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Previous experience in software house or system integrator field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Excellent in Arabic and English, and better to have third language “French or German”
