Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for medical and surgical products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, cardiologists, procurement managers, and distributors.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing structures, and market gaps.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical and commercial proposals, and tender documents.
  • Support the organization of exhibitions, workshops, and medical conferences to promote company products.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure effective market penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze product performance, marketing ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and product portfolio development.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Medical Sciences.
  • 10 to 15 years of proven experience in marketing medical devices and supplies such as glass containers, orthopedic implants (screws & plates), endoscopes, and Heart stents.
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical devices market, including hospital procurement and tendering systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analysis tools.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Valid driving license and readiness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
