Job Description
- Response to our clients (influencers) through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Create and track data on google sheets
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between influencers and the agency.
- Resolving influencer’s issues and complaints. Developing a complete understanding of the App needs.
- Train our influencers on listed Application functions and usage.
- Present and notify about new updates.
- Responsible for keeping current influencers satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist in content creation and enhancement for influencers.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 - 3 years as an agent
- Age: 22 to 30 years old
- Graduated only
- Familiar live-streaming and short videos apps ( Bigo Live – TikTok – Hago – Likee – Mico Live – Line Live)
- Good at English written and understanding
- High communication and negotiation skills
- Microsoft office is needed
