Production Planning & Control Senior Engineer

- Preparing & follow up the yearly-monthly production plan to meet the yearly sales demand.

- CKD planning & ordering for all models.(BMW and new models).

- Preparing the Shipping plan & shipping confirmations to meet the required availability time according to the production plan.

- CKD storage capacity planning according to the production sequence & the coming CKD.

- Responsible for preparing the monthly production plan and plan maneuvering to achieve targets.

- Responsible for following up the ordered CKD to assure the availability timely.

- Responsible for CKD & SKD flow to ensure production line smooth flow.

- Responsible for coordination between various departments to achieve the production target.

- Dealing with production control team for following up all production lines and preparing all reports related to production status, downtime reasons, warehouses status.

- Responsible for updating monthly the planning reports for management.
