Job Requirements
Minimum Experience: Possess a minimum of 10 years of proven, progressive experience in accounting and finance fields.
Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a highly related business field.
ERP Mastery: Command advanced hands-on experience using corporate ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Professional Credentials: Own an active advanced certification such as CMA, CPA, or CFA, which is highly preferred for this tier.
Industry Background: Show deep experience in the retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing sectors (furniture/mattress industry is a major asset).
Languages: Has to be fluent in english.
