Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to achieve company sales targets in international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for the company’s products, expanding the global customer base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Oversee the entire export process, including documentation, logistics, compliance with international trade regulations, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all export laws, regulations, and documentation requirements in target markets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the export sales team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Export Management, International Sales, or a related field within the Agricultural sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing Export Operations and achieving Sales Targets in International Markets.
- Strong understanding of International Trade Regulations, Export Documentation, and Logistics processes.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Excellent Organizational and Project Management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Ability to work on-site in Zamalek, Cairo, Egypt.
