Job Description
- To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects.
- To work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, consultants and subcontractors.
- Prepare Project Time schedules during the Tendering phase
- Prepare detailed Project Time schedule with periodical updates during project duration
- Understand Contracts in order to implement in the Project Time Schedule
- Coordinate with procurement and execution department to keep Time schedule accurate up to date.
- Prepare Time impact analysis when needed
- Predict, report and alert Project Manager and Technical office manager when an activity would delay the project’s completion date
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
- Prepare reports as site requires
Job Requirements
1- Bachelor degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering only.
2- Experience in constructions companies is a must.
3- 1-7 years of Experience
4- Egyptians Only
