Position: Operational Manager at Tadawi Hospital

Job Description:
The Operational Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the hospital. The role involves optimizing healthcare service efficiency, overseeing staff, coordinating between departments, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Candidates for this position should be graduates of Medicine, Dentistry, or Pharmacy, with at least 3 years of experience in hospital management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Daily Operations:
- Supervise the daily workflow across various departments to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate performance to achieve the hospital’s strategic objectives.
Coordinate Across Departments:
- Communicate with department heads to ensure effective coordination and smooth delivery of healthcare services.
- Address any challenges that may hinder workflow or affect patient satisfaction.
Resource Management:
- Ensure the availability of all necessary operational resources (staff, medical supplies, equipment, etc.).
- Improve resource efficiency and minimize waste.
Team Management and Development:
- Lead and guide teams across different departments.
- Participate in recruitment, training needs assessment, and performance evaluations of employees.
Enhance Patient Experience:
- Improve patient satisfaction by enhancing the quality of services and efficiently handling patient complaints.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Prepare periodic reports and analyze data related to the hospital’s performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Compliance with Standards and Regulations:
- Ensure all procedures and policies align with national health standards and applicable laws.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- A degree in Medicine, Dentistry, or Pharmacy.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in hospital management or operational management within a healthcare facility.
