Job Description
- Generate, Qualify and handle leads referred from other departments; Membership (department responsible for adding new members, retaining them and ensure they abide by GS1 policies)
- Approach new Customer Base in Egypt via annual conferences or exhibitions
- Managing the Retail partnerships
- Generating leads in Retail sector
- Handle Proposal cycle from RFP until successful implementation of proposal scope
- Responsible for a monthly target to be achieved
- Follow up on the business development activities in all sectors
- Use Sales Force Software for data entry and lead follow up
- Follow up GS1 Egypt sales process documentation
- Creating new relations with strategic accounts in Retail
- Increasing GS1 Egypt penetration percentage in Retail sector
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of the contract process
- Find, manage, grow and close revenue opportunities; grow installed customer account share
- Understand customer business and service requirements in order to develop "tailored" solutions and offerings whenever possible
- Transfer customer requirements to the product management department
Job Requirements
- High Bachelor’s degree
- Experience 5 years of sales and business development
- Experience in vendor management in FMCG or CPG chains / e-commerce is a must
- Excellent use of MS Office & CRM Software
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Excellent in Arabic & English (Writing- Speaking)
