Job Description
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires
- Implement innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each department
- Build a comprehensive global database of Interpreters to meet continuous business needs.
- Receive and handle requests from Client Relation Manager, and Sales teams to recruit and place new Vendors\Interpreters into on-going and new projects.
- Work very closely with stakeholders to ensure the adequate understanding of their hiring needs and the requirements and expectations of the job.
- Leverage all recruiting channels to identify and recruit the very best candidates
- Coach Line Managers about interviewing techniques, provide interview skills training if needed.
- Work towards the highest level of stakeholder satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with line managers, wider HR community, and team members to create a partnership that delivers success, collaboration and credibility.
- Source suitable vendors at necessary margins with high quality levels.
- Evaluate project scope and make vendor recommendations accordingly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (translation, business, or with equivalent experience)
- From 1-3 year of experience (preferably in the localization or call-center industry).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task.
