ABOUT THE ROCKET MARKETING:

We are a 100% remote Facebook (META) Business Partner (https://www.facebook.com/business/partner-directory/details?id=2432607553472221) that serves the Arabic market. The founder (Hicham Zaraket) is currently based in Berlin and previously worked at Facebook for 7 years before starting The Rocket Marketing in 2018.

We are a boutique performance marketing agency and work very closely with our clients (our partners) and have a small and lean remote team working from across the MENA (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Morocco). We are not your typical digital agency and everything is done remotely. We help clients scale significantly and grow with them.

Our goal is to disrupt the industry and help grow businesses across the MENA through the effective use of digital marketing (and have fun doing it!). This is why we launched “Sponsored Course” where we are helping over 1,500 businesses in the MENA grow and scale through online ads.

We focus on eCommerce, lead generation and digital products (online courses, webinars etc).


Job Description:

We are looking for a tech-guru to manage all of our IT-related infrastructure and marketing automations at our agency. You will look after all the tools and platforms we use and manage all the marketing automation workflows for us and our clients. We work with ecommerce and digital products industries and will rely on your help to enhance our growth through the proper use of the existing tech-stack but also investment in any potential tools. Experience with an agency or digital products (online courses, webinars) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our current IT infrastructure which includes Zapier, TypeForm, MailChimp, WebinarJam, Clickfunnels, Kajabi and Wordpress among others
  • Manage our domains and websites and funnels through Clickfunnels and Wordpress 
  • Work with media buyers to make sure our campaigns are well tracked through the right pixels and data set-up (GTM, UTMs, Domain verification etc.)
  • Developing the marketing automation engine to enable integrated campaigns across email, social media, and other channels
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of email, landing page, and marketing activity program in ActiveCampaign/MailChimp, WebinarJam, Clickfunnels, Kajabi and Wordpress
  • Work with team to create and lead trigger-based email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to improve sales, increase sales leads, increase membership, and maintain current members.
  • Work with the Sales and Service Departments to develop and implement sales and retention campaigns, including creation and tracking of Leads 
  • Maintain and Manage our CRM systems through Hubspot and work with business development and project manager to ensure we’re using our tools effectively
  • Ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently
  • providing technical support to the company staff whenever needed.

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • 3-6 Proven years of relevant experience 
  • Strong figure-it-out mentality
  • IT Full Stack Experience with an online company (agency or online business)
  • Email and marketing automation software (ActiveCampaign/Mailchimp, HubSpot, Clickfunnels)
  • Google Analytics, Pixels and CAPI 
  • Google Data Studio (preferred)
  • SEO technical experience (preferred)
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.

 

Nice to Have Tech Experience or certification:

  • Google Suite
  • Google Ads
  • WordPress
  • Opt-in Monster
  • Hootsuite or similar social media management tool
  • Zapier
  • Webinar platforms and tools (WebinarJam, Eventable, GoToWebinar)
  • Strong independent project management skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time 
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Keen interest in technological development and advancements
