About the role

We're looking for someone who will be excited to proactively reach out to our customers, hear their feedback and provide helpful information and gather insights. This person will be the voice of the company, often the first human voice our customers hear.

Your day to day

  • Making calls to users to learn about and address their needs or complaints
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions, and make recommendations to customers
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Experience working in customer support is a plus
