Job Description
- Make the strategy and planning including the process for the operations department, Customer service department and CRM Department.
- Educate and train the team members to get the best outcome from them.
- Assess in the hiring process for the team members when needed
- Make the analysis report for the upper management that supports in their decision making.
- Ensure that all the company’s data are uploaded on the CRM and Microsoft dynamics system.
- Supporting the sales department in achieving their monthly target
- Supporting the marketing department in issuing the analysis report that they need.
- Follow up on the set strategy to ensure that the total output of the team is within the required output.
- Customize the strategy and process as per the business needs.
Job Requirements
- 10 Years of Experience
- Including 2 years as CRM director is a Must
