Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Implementation of occupational safety, health and environment standards.
- Follow the approved quality policies and is responsible for keeping all records and quality models for the warehouse management procedure and all its works are subject to internal audit.
- Supervising workers during the processes of adding, arranging and organizing stocks correctly to avoid 7 Wastes according to the instructions and the application of 5s.
- Work according to the work steps for each store according to KANBAN, 5S, FIFO, daily inventory Cycle Count systems.
- Encouraging warehouse workers to participate in continuous improvement and to present ideas and innovation that will improve the performance of work in its management and group.
- Follow-up internal and external purchase requests and receive the items incoming to the stores and check them outwardly and ensure that they match the purchase requests.
- Cooperating with other departments in solving problems, developing performance, continuous improvement, and setting future plans.
- He is fully responsible for analyzing deviations in the inventory, finding the root causes for them, setting corrective measures that prevent their recurrence, and setting preventive measures for their non-occurrence in similar places.
- Work in a team spirit and cooperate to complete the required work and follow the instructions of the warehouse supervisor.
- Report an imminent accident or unsafe circumstance, if any.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor Degree
- 5 years of experience in Inventory management - Manufacturing Industry.
